Overview

A large national property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to be based at a large mobile site in and around Coalville. This is a permanent, full-time, mobile role offering a salary of £36,000 plus company van and fuel card, benefits. Working across Coalville as part of an established maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Support social housing properties in the Coalville area as part of a responsive maintenance team.
• Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties.
• Work across trades including groundworks, tiling, plastering, plumbing, painting & decorating, carpentry and joinery.
• Work independently and as part of a team, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard within agreed timeframes.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade.
• Full UK Driving Licence; ability to drive a company van is preferred and you must have held your licence for at least 12 months.
• Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades; ability to perform groundworks, plumbing, plastering, carpentry, etc.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
• Ability to work safely and comply with health & safety regulations.
• DBS Check required at offer stage (Basic Disclosure and Barring Service).
• You must have your own tools.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
