Overview

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Wimbledon

Hours: 40 hours per week

Role

We’re looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our leaks, condensation, damp and mould team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Wimbledon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Work efficiently to complete tasks within required deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
