Sanctuary Group is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to perform day-to-day maintenance across our Ipswich properties, working in teams and lone positions in the East region. The role involves carrying out construction, fault fixing and routine maintenance to fixed specifications and keeping clear records.
The post is 40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a salary of £35,579–£37,452 per year. An in-house benefits package and driving responsibilities are included.

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our team based in Ipswich. This role sits in the East region D2D team, working out of the Ipswich office. This will require working as part of a team & lone working, and you will be required to carry out general maintenance on our properties in the East.
