Sanctuary Group in Chester is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join the Responsive Repairs team. You will perform fault finding, repairs and routine maintenance on domestic dwellings, working both in a team and independently to resolve issues efficiently.
This role sits within Property Services. A company van and power tools are provided for business use, with training as needed. Hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with an emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Responsive Repairs team based in the North West region. Working as part of a team and lone working carrying out fault finding, repairs and maintenance to domestic dwellings.
This position sits within Property Services who are responsible for delivering high quality and cost-effective property repairs, compliance and installation and estate services. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed.
