Job summary

18 Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative in Liverpool. The role focuses on plastering and a range of maintenance tasks across social housing properties, including occupied and void units.

Responsibilities cover carpentry, plumbing, flooring, tiling, painting, and general maintenance, with emphasis on high-quality workmanship and timely completion. A valid UK driving licence and health & safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic or social housing environments.
• Strong multi-trade skills, particularly plastering.
• Ability to complete repairs to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• A strong understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering and maintenance tasks across properties.
• Perform carpentry, plumbing, flooring repairs, and tiling as required.
• Carry out painting and decorating work and general property maintenance.
• Work across social housing portfolio, including void properties, with responsive repairs.

Salary: £34,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with exceptional plastering skills, alongside the ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works, including:

• Carpentry repairs and maintenance
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Flooring repairs and installations
• Wall and floor tiling
• Painting and decorating
• General property maintenance

The role involves working across a social housing portfolio, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on both occupied and void properties.

We're looking for someone with:
