You will work across multiple disciplines in occupied and void properties, delivering high-quality workmanship with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, maintenance, or domestic property repairs.
• Strong skills across carpentry, plumbing, decorating and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties.
• Undertake tasks including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general building repairs.
• Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Work within occupied and void properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
• Complete job sheets and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
