18 Recruitment Limited is seeking a reliable Multi-Trader to join a growing team, carrying out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment across social housing in Dartford and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be skilled across multiple trades, able to work independently, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service in occupied and void properties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience across multiple trades within social housing, maintenance, or domestic property repairs.
• Strong skills across carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in Dartford and surrounding areas.
• Undertake tasks including carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating, and general building repairs.
• Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Work within occupied and void properties with minimal disruption to residents.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times.
• Complete job sheets and reports accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader within social housing, maintenance, or domestic property repairs.
• Strong skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK clean driving licence.
