Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd in Romsey is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Painter to join our Painting team and cover surrounding areas. You will specialise in painting and decorating, undertake redecoration works to customer properties, and perform small repairs in related trades such as carpentry.

A full UK driving license is essential. We offer a competitive salary (£37,700–£41,756), weekly pay, a guaranteed 39-hour week, weekly productivity bonuses, a company van and fuel card, uniform and PPE, 31 days

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting & Decorating or Carpentry.
• Experience in basic property maintenance repairs outside painting.
• Domestic/social housing experience beneficial.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Specialising in Painting and Decorating, you will be responsible for carrying out redecoration works to our customers properties.
• You will also be required to carry out small repairs in other trades such as carpentry where neccessary.

The Multi Trade Painter Role

• Specialising in Painting and Decorating, you will be responsible for carrying out redecoration works to our customers properties

What You Will Bring As a Multi Trade Painter

• You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2, ideally in Painting and Decorating or Carpentry
• Experience in basic property maintenance repairs out of Painting works
• Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working void properties
• A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
