A not-for-profit organisation seeks a Multi-Trade Operative based in Cramlington to handle repairs to void properties across the North East. £34,376 - £36,185 per year
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Void properties team based in Cramlington. This role involves carrying out repairs to void properties across the North East region. Role may also include being asked to cover the responsive team and carry out work in tenanted properties from time to time.
