Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality finishes across residential and commercial projects.
• Perform various carpentry tasks including first and second fix.
• Work on plaster repairs, flooring installation, and basic plumbing.

• 1st & 2nd Fix Carpentry (fit-out and finishing)
• Plaster patch repairs
• Timber/engineered flooring, lift & re-lay carpet
• Mastic work
• Basic decorating and tiling (occasional)
• Fitting/adjusting UPVC windows & doors
• Very basic plumbing (tap changes, refitting sanitaryware)
• Strong references and proven work history essential

Remuneration & Availability

Rate: £220 per day

Start: ASAP

Duration: This is a temporary to permanent role.
