Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a District Manager-level Store Manager to lead store operations across the district, delivering best-in-class guest experiences and hitting KPIs. You will develop a high-performing Store Manager team, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive EBITDA through sales initiatives.

You will mentor Store Managers, optimize schedules and costs, and partner with district leadership to execute company programs while maintaining brand standards and guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role in retail or food & beverage
• Experience running operations across multiple stores
• Proven ability to lead Store Managers and develop teams
• Strong interpersonal and leadership communication
• Analytical mindset with performance tracking
• Track record of optimizing store EBITDA and guest experience

Responsibilities

• Lead district stores to achieve KPI targets and EBITDA goals
• Coach and develop Store Managers with robust development plans
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipelines for district stores
• Enforce hygiene, health and safety standards across all locations
• Maintain guest-first approach and increase guest loyalty
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, cost control, and compliance
