Job summary

Joe & The Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive top performance. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a team, delivering great guest experiences, and upholding health, safety, and brand standards.

You will focus on coaching staff, maintaining standards, and contributing to sales and EBITDA targets through effective leadership and a people-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment with 10+ employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and ensure standards are met.
• Assist Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through training and feedback.
• Ensure a guest-first approach to boost loyalty and store performance.
• Assist in building sales and optimizing store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
