Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role in retail/food & beverage.
• Experience operating multiple stores in a F&B chain.
• Experience leading store managers and driving performance.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with analytical mindset.
• Proven track record of improving store performance and profitability.
