Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations and to drive best-in-class guest experiences. You will lead the team on duty, uphold health and safety standards, and execute company initiatives aimed at strong store performance and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes people leadership, coaching, and a customer-first mindset to convert regular guests into returning guests while helping the store meet and exceed its targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment, ideally with teams of 10+.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback and in-store training.
• Ensure a guest-first approach to increase guest loyalty and optimize store performance.
• Assist in building sales and improving store EBITDA to meet KPIs.
• Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
