You will drive operational excellence, maintain safety standards, and optimize store EBITDA while meeting district sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in operating store(s) in a food & beverage chain is a requirement.
• Experience in leading teams through store managers.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and performance management skills.
• A proven track record in optimizing overall store performance across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead district stores to achieve KPI targets and optimize EBITDA.
• Coach Store Managers and drive leadership development.
• Develop and implement robust employee engagement plans.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent pipeline for district.
• Maintain safe, hygienic, and compliant store operations.
• Drive guest-first experiences and high guest loyalty.
