JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a District Manager to lead daily operations across multiple stores, driving guest experiences and achieving district targets.

You will manage Store Managers, develop talent, monitor KPI performance, and ensure brand standards and safety compliance across the district.

This role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a track record of improving store EBITDA in fast‑paced food & beverage environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in operating store(s) in a food & beverage chain is a requirement.
• Experience in leading teams through store managers.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and performance management skills.
• A proven track record in optimizing overall store performance across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Performance management: accountable for building sales and optimizing district EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
• Value‑Based Leadership: lead Store Managers in line with company virtues and operational principles.
• Employee Engagement: develop and engage Store Managers with robust development plans and regular feedback.
• Recruitment Practices: oversee candidate selection, pre‑boarding and onboarding of Store Managers.
• Operational Requirements: maintain safe, healthy work environment and store standards.
• Guest Experience: ensure a guest‑first approach across all stores to boost loyalty.
