Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance while helping drive sales and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or key-holder role.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment (experience with teams of +10 employees is a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated to develop as a people-centric leader and grow a career in management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operation of the store and ensure highest performance in all areas.
• Adhere to market-specific legal requirements, policies and risk & compliance structures.
• Lead and engage the team to create great guest experiences.
• Help build sales and optimize store EBITDA to meet KPI targets.
• Support in leading team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
