Job summary

JOE & THE JUICE is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure top guest experiences while meeting budgets and targets.

You will manage recruitment, training, and development, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across the store. This role requires a strong leader who can foster a positive culture and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in being a part of a team of +10 employees
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Motivated to become a people-centric leader

Responsibilities

• Lead your team in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Recruit, pre-boarding and onboarding of team members and future talent pipeline.
• Develop and motivate your team through development plans, training, and regular feedback.
• Ensure a guest-first approach and build strong relationships with the local community.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment and adhere to standards.
• Create optimized shift plans considering seasonality and events; manage attendance and hours.
• Own stock handling including counting and ordering to minimize waste.
• Build sales and optimize EBITDA to hit defined KPIs.
