A community housing organization in King's Lynn is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to deliver essential maintenance and repairs focused on damp, mould, and disrepair issues. You will utilize your trade expertise to provide high-quality solutions that meet compliance standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of main trade experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Multi‑Skilled Operative – Damp, Mould and Disrepair at Freebridge Community Housing, you’ll carry out essential maintenance and repairs as well as preventative work, focusing on damp, mould, and disrepair issues across our housing stock. From plumbing and plastering to kitchen unit reinstalls, you’ll use your trade expertise to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet compliance standards and exceed customer expectations. You’ll work closely with surveyors and coordinators, ensuring timely completion of works under Awaab’s Law and helping us maintain safe, healthy homes.
Our Freebridge Community Housing goal is to provide affordable, safe, and quality homes for current and future generations, for those who need a place to call home. Freebridge was set up in 2006, to receive the transfer of the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk’s housing stock.
