Broadland Housing Association is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative (Builder/External) based in the East to cover the Association's footprint as required. The role centres on responsive repairs in occupied homes and work on empty properties to ensure they are ready for relet.
Key duties include bricklaying, paving, concreting, groundworks, plastering and tiling, with a focus on timely, high-quality workmanship and resident satisfaction. DBS check and on-call rota are part of the role.

Salary: £33,806 - £37,494 per annum, dependent on skills and experience Additional benefits: Company vehicle and enhanced earning through call-out duties Contract: Permanent – Full-time 40 Hours per week (Monday – Friday)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative, with a main trade of Builder/External operative to join our Responsive and Empty Homes Team in the East.
This role will work to help deliver an effective and efficient repairs service to our residents, dealing with Responsive repairs in our occupied properties as well as working on our empty homes to ensure they are fit for relet. You will ensure that repairs are carried out in a timely manner and to ensure a high standard of work to our properties.
