Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is looking for a Builder - Multi Skilled to join our Property department in the East Midlands. The role is permanent and full time, offering a salary of £33,299 - £35,052 per annum and a 40-hour week from 8am to 6pm.

You will have roofing experience, NVQ2 or equivalent, and a full UK manual driving licence with a company van and fuel card. DBS checks will be completed as part of our standard safeguarding practices.

The role

Title: Builder Multi-Skilled

Salary: £33,299 - £35,052

Working hours/pattern: 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm.

Requirements

Experience

• Must have Roofing experience
• Previously worked in a social housing or local authority environment
• Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent trade experience

Driving

• A full UK manual driving licence (you will provided with your own Metworks van and fuel card for working hours).
• A minimum of one year of significant driving experience. (MTVH reserves the right to withdraw an offer of employment if company fleet policy is unable to secure adequate insurance.)
