Yorkshire Housing is recruiting a Multi Skilled Operative to join the PFI Repairs team in Swarcliffe, Leeds. The role is a permanent 37.5-hour week with a salary of £34,445 per year and includes a call-out rota opportunity.

You will operate from Swarcliffe, Leeds, and hold a full UK driver’s licence with a basic DBS check likely required. We offer 26 days annual leave (rising to 31) plus Bank Holidays, a pension scheme with up to 9% employer contributions, a van and fuel card for work use, and

We’re on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our PFI Repairs team.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, we’re looking for people who can hit the ground running,so you’ll have worked in similar repairs and maintenance roles, great if they’ve been within social housing, but certainly not a deal breaker !

You’ll enjoy interacting with our customers and providing a great service. We're looking for Multi-trade people, who can perform joinery, building, plumbing repairs to a high standard, so every day will be different and new!
