Broadland Housing Association seeks a qualified Electrician to join our Maintenance Team. The role covers planned and reactive/void works across Norfolk and North Suffolk, with a starting salary of £39,036 and progression up to £45,272 per annum, plus a company vehicle and call-out payments.
The position is full-time, permanent, based in Norfolk and North Suffolk, and requires a DBS check and joining an on-call rota. Driving licence and relevant electrical qualifications are essential.
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrician within our Maintenance Team who will support both the planned and reactive / void workstreams. We are looking for a bright spark to ignite their potential in helping to maintain our homes and make a difference for our residents. The works will be throughout Norfolk and North Suffolk, carrying out planned and reactive works.
The main duties for the role include:
Ensuring that the work is undertaken in a timely manner consistent with prescribed performance indicators advised.
Manage tenant enquiries and respond in a professional manner reporting anything back to the relevant manager.
