Qualifications

• Must possess 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• Experience in electrical installations or equivalent NVQ required.
• Flexible and proactive approach towards work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across the portfolio.
• Monitor the condition of GBS buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist in planning of refurbishment projects.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

Building maintenance experience

Manual skills

Knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Familiarity with COSHH requirements

Education

City & Guilds Level 2 and/or Level 3 in Electrical Installations
