Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations.
Previous building maintenance experience, including mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on facilities.
Monitor the condition of buildings, undertaking repairs and renovations.
Assist in planning refurbishment projects across campuses.
Skills
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
Electrical Installations Level 2 or 3
Previous experience in building maintenance
Manual skills and knowledge of refurbishment techniques
Familiarity with COSHH requirements
