Qualifications

• Must hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
• City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ preferred.
• Experience with M&E systems and building maintenance is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, and refurbish fabric and equipment across GBS estates.
• Monitor condition of buildings and undertake repairs.
• Assist in planning refurbishment projects and travel as necessary.

Skills

18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Electrical Installations

Previous experience in building maintenance

Manual skills, knowledge of refurbishment techniques

Flexible and proactive approach

Familiarity with COSHH requirements
