Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer in Milton Keynes to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance, repair, and process improvements on production machinery. You must be apprentice qualified with a relevant engineering qualification. This role offers a shift pattern of 3 on / 3 off, including days and nights.

We're working in partnership with a market‑leading FMCG manufacturing business that is currently seeking a hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join their high‑performing engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with performing maintenance, repair, installation tasks and process improvements on critical production machinery.

Qualifications

Our client is looking for someone with a strong background within an automated FMCG manufacturing environment, who is comfortable operating across multiple disciplines. In addition, you will be apprentice qualified and have a relevant Engineering qualification (C&G level 3 / NVQ level 3) or similar.

Shift Pattern

The shift pattern for this role is 3 on / 3 off / Days & Nights.
