Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join the team across Coalville, Daventry, Manchester, Kegworth and Peterborough. The role carries out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building plant and systems, with scope for small installation tasks.

You will work to service level agreements, coordinate sub-contractors, maintain site logs and uphold CBRE's professional image with clients.

Qualifications

• A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
• Recognized Electrical Qualification
• C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations
• C&G Test and Inspection

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to electrical/Mechanical systems to meet SLAs.
• Carry out reactive repairs on all systems, coordinating sub-contractors as needed.
• Perform PPM maintenance as per instruction within Concept.
• Maintain weekly equipment reports and liaise with supervisors.
• Liaise with sub-contractors for repairs/quotations and ensure works meet standards.
• Sign off tasks via PDA in line with CBRE policies and maintain client service levels.
