Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team across Coalville, Daventry, Manchester, Kegworth and Peterborough.

You will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on building electrical systems, attend to faults, and coordinate with sub-contractors while maintaining accurate site logs and ensuring excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Recognized electrical qualification is essential.
• C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations.
• C&G Test and Inspection.
• Good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to meet SLA.
• Perform reactive repairs and coordinate subcontractors when needed.
• Maintain site logs and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support call-out rota and weekend/out-of-hours work as required.
• Ensure professional CBRE image and high level of customer service to clients.
