Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join sites in Coalville, Daventry, Manchester, Kegworth and Peterborough. The role focuses on carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive works on building plant and systems, and responding to engineering emergencies to maintain reliability.

You will work with sub-contractors, keep accurate logs, and uphold CBRE’s standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification(s) recognised by the industry.
• C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations.
• C&G Test and Inspection competence.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Perform reactive repairs and coordinate sub-contractors as needed.
• Maintain site logs and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Respond to call-outs and work shifts as required.
