Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team across Coalville, Daventry, Manchester, Kegworth, and Peterborough. The role focuses on planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on building plant, equipment and systems.

You will carry out small installation works, respond to site emergencies, and work with subcontractors to ensure quality and safety while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications for the role.
• C&G 17th Edition and Test & Inspection are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Carry out reactive repairs and coordinate sub-contractors.
• Maintain site logs and paperwork.
• Respond to call-outs and meet SLA requirements.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
