Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team, covering mobile work around Leighton Buzzard and nearby towns. You will perform Electrical and Mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services, ensuring safe operation and compliance.

The role requires a recognised apprenticeship and strong experience with 3-phase systems, hydraulics, pneumatics and PLC diagnostics. You will plan work via CAFM, update drawings, and supervise contract workers as needed.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or time served in engineering maintenance.
• Electrical qualifications to 17th edition or equivalent.
• Mechanical qualifications to standard acceptable in industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage risks on site and update drawings.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant and building services.
• Fault find on machinery and support Health & Safety.
• Liaise with client and site services; liaise about PPMs and requests.
