Job summary

CareTech is seeking a Service Lead to oversee multiple Worcester-area supported living services. You will work with the Registered Manager to provide direct operational oversight, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and adherence to safeguarding and regulatory standards.

Applicants should have experience in senior roles across several sites, with a track record of staff supervision, risk management and successful service delivery. UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience leading multi-site services preferred.
• Experience with adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and challenging behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across Worcestershire services, with oversight from Registered Manager.
• Ensure regular staff supervision and adherence to CareTech policies.
• Assist with resident assessments, admissions and transitions between services.
• Develop dynamic support plans and review them with input from residents where possible.
• Monitor governance, risk assessments and safeguarding actions across sites.
• Support recruitment, training, budgets and on-call management as required.
