CareTech is seeking a Service Lead to oversee a growing Worcestershire portfolio of supported living services, working with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, safeguarding, risk management and staff supervision across multiple homes.

You will lead on service development, staffing strategies and regulatory compliance, while ensuring the delivery of safe, empowering care that meets residents’ needs and goals.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Health and Social Care is required.
• Experience in managing multiple sites is preferred.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the schemes with support from the Registered Manager.
• Ensure regular staff supervision in line with policy and practice.
• Collaborate with Service Development Team on resident assessment and transition into homes.
• Maintain dynamic, person-centred support plans reviewed regularly with service users.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and health and safety standards.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing strategies and procurement related to the homes.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
