Job summary

CareTech is recruiting a Multi-Service Supported Living Service Lead to support the Registered Manager in Gloucestershire and Portishead, travelling between services. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £30,000–£32,000 DOE and requires a UK manual driving licence.

You will oversee day-to-day service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure governance, risk assessments and support plans are kept current. Previous senior or multi-site experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Diploma (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
• Experience in managing multiple sites (preferred).
• Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the schemes under the Registered Manager.
• Ensure regular supervision for all staff per CareTech policy.
• Collaborate with Service Development Team for resident assessment and transition.
• Maintain dynamic support plans reflecting residents' needs and goals.
