Job summary

CareTech is recruiting a Multi-Service Supported Living Service Lead to work with the Registered Manager across Worcestershire, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate staffing, governance and compliance to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior, supervisory or multi-site roles desirable.
• Requires UK Manual Driving Licence.
• No Skilled Worker or Student Visa applications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the schemes, ensuring resources enable a good quality service with support from the registered manager.
• Ensure all staff receive regular supervision in line with CareTech policy.
• Work with the Service Development Team on resident assessment and transition into the home where appropriate.
• Ensure residents have dynamic, reviewed support plans that reflect needs and aspirations.
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and National Minimum Standards; promote a safe environment for personal development.
• Support recruitment, induction, and staff training, and help mobilise new services.
