Job summary

CareTech UK Ltd. is recruiting a Multi-Service Supported Living Service Lead in Worcester. You will work with the Registered Manager to oversee multiple supported living settings and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for adults with varying needs.

The role focuses on delivering consistent management across sites, guiding Team Leaders, supervising staff, and maintaining robust care plans, risk assessments, and governance. Flexibility to rota-based scheduling is essential.

Qualifications

• UK manual driving license required.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs.
• Senior, supervisory or multi-site experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the schemes with support from the Registered Manager.
• Ensure staff supervision in line with CareTech policy.
• Collaborate with the Service Development Team on resident assessment and transition.
• Maintain dynamic support plans and risk assessments, reviewed regularly.
• Ensure statutory compliance and governance across the homes, using National Minimum Standards as a benchmark.
• Create a safe environment that supports personal development for service users.
