Job summary

CareTech is recruiting a Multi-Service Supported Living Service Lead to oversee the Worcester DCA portfolio, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care across three sites.

The role involves leading day-to-day operations, supervising staff, coordinating service delivery and governance, maintaining risk assessments, and supporting recruitment and budgeting to drive safety and quality. A driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Experience with safeguarding and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational management across multiple services.
• Ensure regular staff supervision and development.
• Collaborate with the Service Development Team on resident assessments.
• Maintain dynamic, person-centred support plans and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety.
• Support recruitment, budgeting, and on-call processes.
