Job summary

CareTech is seeking an experienced Service Lead to support the Registered Manager across Gloucestershire and Portishead-based supported living services. You will provide direct operational oversight to a dispersed portfolio of seven settings, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that aligns with individual needs and organisational standards.

The role requires strong organisational ability, travel between services, and the supervision of Team Leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior or multi-site supervisory role.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours of concern.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct day-to-day operational management of the schemes with the registered manager.
• Ensure that all staff working within the homes receive regular supervision in line with policy.
• Work with the Service Development Team on resident assessment and transition into the home where appropriate.
• Maintain dynamic support plans that reflect individual needs and aspirations and are regularly reviewed.
