Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead the delivery of hard and soft FM services across a diverse retail portfolio in the UK. You will own service delivery across multiple sites, build relationships with client stakeholders and lead high-performing engineering and operational teams.

You will drive operational, financial and commercial performance while ensuring health and safety compliance and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience within Facilities Management, M&E, engineering or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing multiple sites across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Commercial and financial management experience, including budget responsibility.
• Experience operating within retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
