Job summary

SPACE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day performance of our student accommodation portfolio across multiple properties. You will report to the Operations Director and lead site management teams to deliver strong resident experiences, commercial performance and high operational standards.

• Experience managing multiple properties or operational sites
• Commercial awareness with budgets and financial performance
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Willingness to travel between sites

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance across a portfolio of student accommodation properties
• Support and develop site management teams to meet budgets, occupancy targets and compliance
• Manage property standards, maintenance, housekeeping, resident experience and health and safety
• Control operating costs and drive EBITDA improvements
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure high standards across all sites
