Job summary

Scotsman Group is seeking an Operational Support Manager to ensure properties run smoothly, systems and reporting stay accurate, and key milestones are delivered. You will work with the Operations Director and GMs to align short-term let performance with resident experience and commercial delivery.

You’ll mobilise new properties, supervise demobilisations, manage peak periods, and drive operational improvements across sites in Scotland. A driving licence is essential for travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in PBSA, residential property management, hospitality or multi-site operational support.
• Knowledge of property management systems, data accuracy, operational controls and reporting.
• Experience coordinating projects, deadlines and multiple stakeholders across dispersed sites.
• Confident user of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise, solve problems and support in a fast-moving environment.
• Driving Licence is essential for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Support mobilisation of new properties with readiness plans, checklists, staffing and training coordination.
• Support property demobilisations and transitions.
• Monitor PMS compliance and accuracy of reporting.
• Coordinate regular operational reporting and KPI submissions.
• Provide hands-on support to onsite teams during peak leasing, arrivals and departures.
• Maintain annual operational calendar and critical milestones.
• Help implement standard operating procedures.
• Support audits, quality assurance, and track corrective actions.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for onsite teams.
• Assist with performance improvement plans and special projects.
