Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is seeking an IT Trainer to become the go-to person for IT training across multiple sites. You’ll help colleagues get the most out of technology, delivering one-to-one and group sessions, creating easy-to-follow guides and videos, and supporting new starters with IT inductions.

This hands-on role focuses on people, communication, and developing content within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training to individuals or groups.
• Ability to create simple guides and video resources.
• Comfortable supporting new starters with IT inductions.
• Willingness to travel between multiple office locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training one-to-one and in groups across sites.
• Develop and maintain training content and LMS materials.
• Create user guides, video guides, quizzes and surveys.
• Conduct new starter inductions and ongoing staff training.
• Collaborate with IT and departments to plan changes and training needs.
