Job summary

IT Talent Solutions is seeking an IT Trainer to deliver engaging training, support users through technology change, and drive adoption of business systems across the organisation. You will work with employees at all levels, creating training materials, delivering workshops, and supporting successful rollouts of new systems and technologies.

The role focuses on delivering training on Microsoft 365 and other business systems, leading onboarding, and developing guides, videos, and e-learning

Qualifications

• Experience as a Systems Trainer or IT Trainer.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder-management skills.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Experience designing and delivering engaging training programmes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable

• Experience within professional services.
• Knowledge of document management, workflow, or case management systems.
• LMS, e-learning, or change management experience.
• Relevant training or Microsoft certifications.
