Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training across multiple sites.
• Ability to create user guides, video guides and learning materials.
• Proven track record in adapting training for different IT knowledge levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one IT training, in person or remotely across sites.
• Run group and department training sessions.
• Support new starters with IT inductions and on-boarding.
• Maintain and update LMS content and training resources.
• Organise external training courses or venues as needed.
• Develop quizzes, knowledge checks and surveys to measure learning.
