This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels and creating innovative learning solutions that make a real impact.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will design, develop and deliver a range of training programmes, helping colleagues maximise the benefits of business systems and technology. From one-to-one coaching and group workshops through to video guides, documentation and e-learning content, you'll play a key role in driving learning and development across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic and adaptable with the ability to tailor your approach to suit different audiences and varying levels of technical ability.
NOTE - The role will involve regular travel between the companies offices in the Hampshire area.
