Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking an IT Trainer for a part-time role based in Hampshire. You will design, develop and deliver a range of IT training initiatives, from 1:1 coaching to group workshops, video guides, and e-learning content. You will help colleagues maximise the benefits of business systems while maintaining training records for HR.

The role requires strong communication, experience with LMS, and the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences while collaborating with IT colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT training or systems training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor training to different audiences.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Capable of working collaboratively and handling pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT training to staff, including new starter inductions.
• Conduct one-to-one and group training sessions, in-person and remote.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Design and implement LMS content and learning guides.
• Visit office locations to provide on-site support.
• Arrange external training courses and venues when required.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to track training records and compliance.
• Ensure content stays up to date with systems and processes.
