Job summary

Millfield School is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the IT Services team. The successful applicant will provide support across both the prep and senior schools and throughout the varied network infrastructure, hardware and software in use.

Experience of Windows operating systems is essential, with knowledge of Office 365, Windows networking, and Apple OS as a plus. The role is year-round, Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:30pm with some Saturday mornings on a rota.

Qualifications

• Experience of Windows operating systems is essential.
• Knowledge of Office 365, Windows networking, and/or Apple OS would be an advantage.
• Ability to drive is preferred as the role will involve working across multiple school sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support across both prep and senior schools and across the varied network infrastructure, hardware and software in use.
• Solve problems under pressure and maintain proactive IT service delivery.
• Collaborate with staff across multiple school sites to ensure IT continuity.
