Job summary

Esteem Multi-Academy Trust is seeking an experienced ICT Technician to join its Trust ICT team. The role covers multiple schools with a cloud-first education environment and regular travel to academies.

The ideal candidate will support Microsoft 365 services, Windows and Apple device management, Entra ID/Intune/Teams, SharePoint administration and networking basics, while delivering excellent troubleshooting and customer service in a busy multi-site setting.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services and end users.
Knowledge of Windows and Apple device management.
Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, Teams and SharePoint administration.
An understanding of networking fundamentals, including switching, wireless and internet connectivity.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
The ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a busy multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support across multiple schools.
Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Windows and Apple devices.
Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telephony, safeguarding and web-filtering platforms.
