St Mary’s Independent School in Colchester seeks an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join the Lower School IT team. You will deliver responsive technical support for staff and pupils, manage devices, and support Microsoft 365 and classroom technology across campuses.

Based mainly at the Lower School, you will collaborate with the broader IT function on school-wide digital projects while upholding safeguarding, data protection, and high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and appropriate second-line technical support to staff and pupils.
• Maintain devices and associated technology.
• Help ensure digital systems operate reliably, securely and effectively.
